Savannah Scenes - What's Wrong With This Picture?
On July 21, I posted this image and asked the question, "What's wrong with this picture?" 
Answer: On the east side of Drayton Street, the block number for Taylor Street should be "100", not "1800".
The "contest" was over, so on Sunday I walked down Drayton Street to find a pair of signs with the correct numbering.
Oops, both are wrong; these block numbers belong to the intersection of Bull and Bay streets. (Click to enlarge)
Ah, finally... These signs have the numbering correct. (Click to enlarge)
I think there just might be a couple of folks in the Savannah street maintenance department that like to mess with the tourist crowd.
