Theme Nights at Bar 107
Every week, we anxiously await the MySpace bulletin that reveals the Thursday night "theme" at Bar 107. Here's the message from December 28, 2006:
DRINK FOR HALF PRICE TONIGHT!!!! IT'S WIG NIGHT
From Beethoven to Elvira lets see them wigs! Half price drinks if you're wearing a wig. We know a lot of you guys out there have them and have been waiting for an excuse to wear them...
Don King wig: $27.50. Half-price drink savings: $28.00. The fun of hanging-out with others wearing novelty wigs in a downtown LA dark bar: Priceless.
Of course, the bar owner wears a wig.
Yeah, that's right, I'll wear a tu-tu for half-price drinks. You have a problem with that?
